MAS team finally unleashes the ultimate move! New activation method TSforge cracks all Windows & Office!
MAS Team Finally Drops the Ultimate Bomb! New Activation Method TSforge Unlocks All Windows & Office!
This is a historic moment.
Just two days ago (February 13th), the massgravel team updated their Windows/Office activation script MAS_AIO_3.0.cmd.
It introduced a new activation method: TSforge.
Let’s sum it up in one sentence:
TSforge can activate any version of Windows from Windows 7 to Windows 11, as well as any version of Microsoft Office!

Official Description
MAS’s description of the TSforge activation method on GitHub is as follows:
- This activation is permanent until Windows is reinstalled or a major feature upgrade occurs (not to be confused with minor enablement upgrades or monthly cumulative updates).
- This activation method does not modify any Windows components or install any new files.
- Once the system is activated, hardware can be changed arbitrarily without triggering deactivation.
- This method does not require an internet connection.
- If a phone license is available and licensing is managed by the system’s SPP, this activation method can activate any of the following products. For example:
- Windows 7 and later
- Windows Server 2008 R2 and later
- Office 2013 and later (requires Windows 8 or later)
- Windows add-ons (ESU, APPXLOB, etc.)
- Windows and Office KMS suites (CSVLK)
- Online verification (WAT) is bypassed on Windows 7.
- In addition to permanently activating Windows and Office KMS servers, it charges a KMS server with 25 clients (required for KMS client activation) for 30 days (maximum).
- Beyond activation, it can reset the rearm count and evaluation period, clear tamper status, and remove evaluation key locks.
TSforge is a collection of activation/evaluation extension methods for Windows 7 to 11.
TSforge includes ZeroCID / KMS 4k / AVMA 4k activation methods.
MAS only uses the ZeroCID method and does not include KMS 4k or AVMA 4k, as ZeroCID can already permanently activate all available products.
Included methods and tools:
- ZeroCID – Permanent activation until reinstallation/feature upgrade
- KMS 4k – Offline KMS activation for over 4000 years
- AVMA 4k – Offline AVMA activation for over 4000 years (Server 2012 R2+ only)
- Reset Rearm Counter – Resets the rearm counter for unlimited evaluation
- Reset Evaluation Period – Resets the evaluation period for unlimited evaluation
- Dump/Load Trusted Store – Dumps and loads trusted store data
- Delete Unique ID – Removes the unique ID of a product key to prevent online verification
- Install Generated Product Key – Installs generated product key data for any product
- KMS Charger – Charges an existing KMS server for immediate activation use
- Clear Tamper Status – Clears tamper status set due to storage corruption or deletion
- Remove Evaluation Key Lock – Removes the product key change lock set for evaluation product keys
How does it work?
This tool operates on data stored in files called “physical storage,” which Windows uses to store critical activation data, including expiration timers and HWID bindings for each license. Thanks to our reverse engineering efforts, we can insert our own data into the physical storage, allowing us to add custom activation data for any product managed by the Windows Software Protection Platform. The data in physical storage is also known as the “trusted store,” hence the name “TSforge.”
What are the advantages of this method compared to other activation methods?
TSforge offers the greatest advantage for activating older Windows versions (like Windows 7 to 8.1) because it can permanently activate any edition of these versions without modifying the boot process or Windows system executables. TSforge is also the only public activator capable of activating any Windows version, which is extremely useful for users who want to activate ESU licenses. Additionally, TSforge is the only public activator that provides hardware-independent activation without requiring any persistent network connection, adding services/tasks, or injecting DLLs.
If you are using an older Windows version, or if you want to activate add-ons like ESU to extend the end-of-support date, you should use TSforge exclusively.
What are the disadvantages?
For Windows 10 and 11, the HWID method is recommended for activating Windows. TSforge is neither as reliable nor does it offer the features provided by HWID, such as surviving feature upgrades and full OS reinstallations. For Windows 7 to 8.1, there are no significant disadvantages.
Do any of the methods in TSforge require an internet connection?
No. None of the methods described here require an internet connection to run. Everything is done locally.
How do I remove this activation?
Run MAS, select Troubleshoot → Fix Licensing. This will reset the physical storage and revert any changes made by TSforge.
Can Microsoft fix this?
Yes, although with some difficulty.
Will Microsoft fix this?
Probably not. If they do, let us know so we can laugh at ourselves like a bunch of maniacs.
